Wow, today has seen my 30,000th hit/visitor to my site, since the 1st January 2009. And today’s total 639 is the most in one day!
I photographed this Little Owl today so thought it would be an appropriate picture to include.
Many thanks to you all!!!

This seems like an apt time for me to say how much I’ve enjoyed your site since I stumbled across it a few months ago. It’s like taking a break from London life for a few minutes each day, and I’ve learned a lot from you ready for the time when I will eventually escape the metropolis.
Thanks very much for all your time and for sharing your knowledge, and I hope you keep up the good work for a long time to come.
Thank you so much for your positive feedback Simon. I have in mind to do a series of posts on things to make and do from your local Pound Store for those who do not have natural resources readily available, so watch this space.
Best wishes
Kevin
